Thank you for your order and testimonial. You're right, it's taking far too long. We shipped your order on time and the Post Office took more than 5 days to deliver! We remain at your disposal.

Hello,I placed my order on November 10, 9 days ago. To date, I have received neither merchandise nor any information emails concerning the progress of my order. On the other hand, I've received lots of advertising mails, including the 1st one for a Durex ad! Super! icing on the cake, my credit card is debited ... \ndonc yes I confirm; this site is mediocre and as soon as I have a little time I'll look into the problem legally because I do not like being scammed. cordially

I had an internet problem so I called but my order was not properly served which cost me the shipping fees. It is not an obstacle for a next order because I am satisfied with the price that I can not find in my pharmacy.

Incomplete order on arrival (2 products missing) ,This suggests that there is no double check during shipment .however following a complaint by phone the reshipment was immediate .

Problem with the order, it didn't have the right item. On the other hand, the shopkeeper was particularly accommodating and immediately returned the order with an apologetic gift.
