Everything is good but not perfect, good price and fast delivery ... but the product did not correspond to the order. I had ordered One Touch Delica Lancets and got One Touch Delica "Plus" Lancets... Fortunately, they are compatible. Apart from that, the prices have gone up since I ordered them.

Navigation on the site is slow and not easy, for example when you want to reorder based on subsequent orders you can not change the quantities you want and are forced to recommend the same quantities and can not add or redo the quantities or other items more or less on your previous order!!!!

I had understood that this new measure stemmed from a regulation imposed by the EU, but when I placed another order over the phone, elsewhere in France, without needing to provide a code, I realized that these reinforced security measures are optional. As an elderly person living outside France, I was obliged to contact the French bank which had issued my card, but which was of no help to me. The only solution was to send a cheque (fortunately, I have a chequebook), which meant I had to travel to post it. And since customers with credit cards issued in non-EU countries are not subject to this constraint, how is the security of their card any better? I hope that the people in charge of Mon Coin Santé will take into consideration my remarks, which have only one positive aim, that of facilitating the transaction for all customers. \Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied. The site has lost all my order history, so I no longer appear as a customer, my points are gone. It's very difficult to navigate the site, it's very slow, which wasn't the case before. I tried for over a week before I was able to place my order. As for shipping, nothing to report, always a great service, well packaged and fast!

I had received this order (in Great Britain) 6 days later!\nSurprisingly this order does not appear on my account, which is a pity. Would it be possible for you to add it please? The items I ordered arrived in record time from France to the USA. However, the packaging and cardboard left much to be desired. The carton was damaged and 4 of the 10 toothpaste tubes were deformed. They should have been better protected. Thanks all the same.

Free delivery if over ***€ is not taken into account at the start of the order. So there are two possible improvements: stock control and a slightly improved computer program.
