Mon coin santé consistently delivers fast and reliable delivery across multiple regions, with customers noting quick despatch, prompt arrival, and smooth, clockwork checkout experiences. The store’s product quality and range are highlighted by mentions of good or great products arriving quickly and being well packed, with customers often feeling satisfied and pleased to have found trusted, long-standing vendors. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness and helpfulness, including quick replies and precise delivery information that resolves issues efficiently. The overall experience is described as easy to use, convenient, and dependable, with many customers expressing repeated loyalty and willingness to order again.
Satisfactory overall, but why only two calcidoses (a product not included in the list of poisonous substances, list 1 and list 2). Free delivery if over ***€ is not taken into account at the start of the order. So there are two possible improvements: stock control and a slightly improved computer program.

Generally satisfied with the service. On the other hand, I have already had several packages inspected by US customs, with chipped and unusable baby milk, which is very expensive!

On the negative side, too bad many products are sold out. On the positive side, easy ordering, on-time delivery.

The order went well but the medicine boxes were not sufficiently protected in the parcel and the tablets were in crumbs and dust in the tubes on arrival. I sent an email about this but never received a reply.

my coinante is interesting from a product price point of view. What's more, the telephone contact in the event of a problem is reliable and dealt with immediately. \nFriendly welcome. The only regret is that the website stipulates free delivery for orders over *** euros. But on 02 occasions, with an order over *** euros, it was impossible to get free delivery. You have to buy for *** euros to get free delivery. I would like to see justice done! Thank you

Nothing to say I find between the time of the order and the delivery is not too long as for the price of the product it remains reasonable except that the shipping costs are high !!!!\nSinon it is a good service the provider respects the trust of its customers.

1. Large selection of homeopathy at good prices. \n2. The site is inconvenient, badly designed, so the search takes a long time. If you type VAB instead of V.A.B.you get no results. If you delete 1 letter in the word you're looking for, the whole word is deleted! When you search with the alphabet, don't expect the search engine to give you the right letter. If you're looking for the letter C, you'll go through A and B. So the search engine needs a makeover.

Delivery from another brand of a product *** less expensive than the one ordered and paid for. Today, I discovered that it was "sold out" on the website. The day after delivery, I had asked by e-mail for the procedure to follow for the return of the product delivered but not ordered. No reply other than a refund to my bank account of the difference between the two products! Not only was my request not processed correctly, but I had to do some research to find out why my account had been credited with *** euros... So I'll repeat my request: how can I return the replacement product and receive a full refund" for the "sold out" product.

You've completely disregarded our comments: poor stock management, missing products. I order almost every month for 1 amount ranging from 60 to over 90 euros. A small gift, like at the very beginning, would be welcome and wouldn't cost you much!
