An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). I had to contact them and prove my good faith with a photo, and they made no commercial gesture. I wasn't even offered an exchange, just a refund for half the large box. That's just not serious.

Ordering on Monday and receiving it on Saturday takes too long. There are other sites where in 48 h you have your order with follow-up of the state every 4 h, without having an excessive port (5,90€). That's neglect ***. I wouldn't recommend this site.

It's perfect. It's just a shame that I can't order more than one stomedine because the shipping costs are so high. But the price per tube is unbeatable.\nThank you for your speed.

so far I've always been satisfied with "my health corner", as much for the wide range of products as for the packaging and fast delivery - I'm very happy with it!

I have received my order, there is an error in the products delivered: the 3 bottles of 60 tablets ordered have been replaced by bottles of 60 capsules. The composition and dosage are different. So I contacted the site by e-mail. \It's been 6 full days and still no response to my request for an exchange. I have no proof to the contrary so far.

I think it's a shame that some popular products are out of stock for so long, while others have seen substantial price rises. Ex: creme lavante BEBEBIAFINE out of stock for at least 4 months.\nPommade BEPANTHENE SENSICALM eczema strong price increase. Thank you for your interest in this request. Best regards, ***

I've been waiting for a reply since Sunday about a refund for undelivered products. A handwritten note on the invoice informs me of this shortage and announces a refund, and in my e-mail I asked what the method of refund was.
