Very Bad Services. I Ordered Two Flector Gel Tubes. But I didn’t get my order after passing two weeks. I Spent almost £24 for my order but I get it back Refund Just £7. Very Disappointed

Package has not been delivered yet

Turns out to be far more expensive than I found elsewhere. And, perhaps because I didn't look carefully enough, I received the 75ml versions when I'd been expecting the 125ml versions.

Still not received my parcel. They tried to help but still no delivery

I bought 10 boxes of Macrogol 4000, and four of them were from Sandoz Laboratory. However, I didn’t know that product has orange flavor, as the website there is no this information. On the website the description is just: “Macrogol 4000 Sandoz, 10g, Box of 20 Sachets.” Any mention about orange flavor. My advice is let it clear on the website to avoid misunderstanding. I do not drink Macrogol with flavor. How can I return these 4 boxes from Sandoz? What is the return policy of Mon Coin Sante? I sent an email but no one answered.

When I placed my order, I was encouraged to exceed a certain threshold to avoid paying shipping costs. On the other hand, at the checkout, if you want to receive your package at home, you have to pay shipping costs. Why not indicate this beforehand? I don't think that's very honest. I don't think I'll ever order from Chez vous again, even though I was previously satisfied. Stop being too greedy, it's counterproductive.

I have made repeated attempts to talk with customer service about their international shipping and the difficulties I'm having with DHL. No one has replied to me.

The product is very good, but the receivement was bad.

Great turn around time from France to the U.S. but expensive shipping . I wish they would let you order more at time which then would save on shipping!

I have repeatedly sent inquiries to their customer service department with no response. The shipping costs twice as much as the product. I have requested that my multiple items be combined.

You sent me 5 of Biogaran Conseil – Magnesium/Vitamin B6 (48mg/5mg) Film-Coated Tablets – Pack of 50 , All Expires on 10 / 24 . no good at least one or 2 years expiration date for the product not 7 months . At least communicate the problem with the customer . If I new this short expiry date I would not have ordered , I can only finish 2 or three boxes all the rest in the in the trash waist of money . Not satisfied with the product at all. On the other hand the Ibufetum – Ibuprofen (5%) Gel for Twists and Sprains – 60g Tube is super prefect expiration date 06 / 26 Five stars .

The letter carrier deliberately delayed delivery until Monday, even though I was at home on Saturday, because he was in a hurry! And it's not the 1st time the Post Office has done this. Choose another more reliable carrier. RAS for the contents of the parcel itself
