A small gift such as a calendar or samples, or 1 small gesture, would be much appreciated. I still think I'm & a good and loyal customer!

I received an item that didn't match my order. I immediately sent an e-mail to report it, and three days later I've had no response (even a message telling me that my request would be taken into account). What's more, it was very difficult to place the order, as the site "bugged" several times.

I'm not happy at all. On checking and rechecking the contents of the delivery, I realize that 2 homeopathic tubes are missing. In fact, SECALE CORNUTUM 9CH and PHOSPHORUS 9CH, ordered, paid for and invoiced in 2 copies, were only delivered to me in 1 copy of each. \nThis notice is valid as a claim and request for compensation.\nINVOICE ***COMAND *** DU 6 NOV 2018

Hello,My order was supposed to arrive in 48 hours, but we received it 1 week later (all items were available). However, the money was debited within 48 hours.....

I didn't get all the products I ordered, just a handwritten apology note in the package. This is not correct

The service is adequate. I would like to add an important comment: you are a pharmacist who is authorized to provide a care sheet, so why don't you issue one for compression socks on presentation of a doctor's prescription? Other sites that are not pharmacies issue care sheets on presentation of a prescription. This part needs to be improved!

More than 1 week to send me the order, on the pretext of bank holidays! But the order was cashed the same day and immediately put into preparation. So I couldn't cancel it.\nBesides, you didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email, on the contrary, you quickly shipped by way of reply.There are products I didn't want any more because I had to help myself out in 1 pharmacy in town, which I was counting on since when I ordered, shipment within 24 hours was indicated. And so much the better if my opinion is posted, other consumers will get to know you!

I have been debited but have received nothing.

For a first try, I was very unhappy, because with another supplier the product arrived in cold packaging, as recommended by the manufacturer, and not a simple plastic pouch. So you won't be seeing me again.

There's too much time between sending the order online and receiving the product.

Following the 1st order, I'm a bit disappointed by the dental glue container, it's difficult at the end of the tube to get the product out and so it's a waste...!

Ordered online at the end of November, package shipped on December 4 and December 7, 2017 package still not received, I will no longer order from this site, very disappointed.

Your site is very slow and doesn't load well. It's annoying and discouraging. Small cafeaux like echantilons like other signs would be welcome.

For my first order on this site placed on 18/09/2017 still not received to date 27/09/2017.No information (approximate date of shipment) provided for this one.Having other products to order I could have them attached to this one given the shipping time that would have saved me additional postage.Very disappointed by this first experience.

Delivery times too long

I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks

disappointment in the sense that i placed an order on a friday morning, but it was only recorded on sunday. therefore, the shipment was delayed and outside the 48h timeframe promised... \net the tracking emails are not very systematic... i received the confirmation email after i had picked up the package... \nsinon, the products were as i had ordered and everything was in good condition.

Fine, but shipping costs fluctuate from week to week... 5.90 euros for a tube at 4.50 euros.... that's a lot :(

An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). I had to contact them and prove my good faith with a photo, and they made no commercial gesture. I wasn't even offered an exchange, just a refund for half the large box. That's just not serious.
