I have repeatedly asked to speak with someone from your customer service department. The medicine that I am ordering is for my child with a rare terminal illness. I'm having difficulty with DHL service which could be addressed at your end. \nJe parle français.

The box was crushed on arrival but the contents were still in good condition. Perhaps when shipping abroad, a sturdier box will be needed in the future. But nevertheless, I am grateful that you are willing to send it to the USA. We cannot get this product here.
