The parcel was not sent on time. I was therefore refunded the delivery costs. An honest and professional gesture that I greatly appreciated.

I'm new to this product, so I'll have to take it into account, but I'm pleased with the delivery time - it's apparently effective because it doesn't itch as much - in a month's time I'll be more objective.

This is only my second order but the first went very well. The product was exactly what I expected. The delivery times were completely respected. I appreciated being able to collect the parcel myself from the location I chose.

Thank you for your order and testimonial. You're right, it's taking far too long. We shipped your order on time and the Post Office took more than 5 days to deliver! We remain at your disposal.

Hello,I placed my order on November 10, 9 days ago. To date, I have received neither merchandise nor any information emails concerning the progress of my order. On the other hand, I've received lots of advertising mails, including the 1st one for a Durex ad! Super! icing on the cake, my credit card is debited ... \ndonc yes I confirm; this site is mediocre and as soon as I have a little time I'll look into the problem legally because I do not like being scammed. cordially

I had an internet problem so I called but my order was not properly served which cost me the shipping fees. It is not an obstacle for a next order because I am satisfied with the price that I can not find in my pharmacy.
