We contact you when a product is out of stock, and when the use-by date is short, to find out what you want instead, another product or a refund, and the staff are very friendly.

Delivery a little too slow

On your website it says 3 days is an estimate time to receive the product bought from you, but my products didn't even move from the 4th of January.\nI bought sneakers from Japan and they arrived before your parcel that is around 1k kilometer far from where i am from.\nThe problem i am travleing on 15th January, i don't need what i bought from you anymore if i cannot have it before that.\nVery bad experience and slow service, will never buy from you again, no thanks you

Buying from you had no problems, the only p tu o leme was the delivery, a very poor service, unfortunately. Delivery announced on a certain day at a certain time, nobody came!

Die Lieferung wurde schnell angekündigt. Aber die Auslieferung konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, da angeblich die Adresse keine Hausnummer enthält. Ich sollte dann für die Nachlieferung *** überweisen. Wie sich herausstellte, war dies eine Finte. Man wollte nur an meine Kontodaten kommen. Als der Bote gemerkt hat, dass er nicht zum Ziel kam Wurde das Päckchen doch geliefert mit einer fadenscheinigen Entschuldigung. Denn die Adresse war korrekt und enthält auch die richtige Hausnummer. Ich frage mich nun, ob sie den richtigen Lieferanten gewählt haben in Klammern DHL?

I ordered 4 boxes of actron, you confirmed the order and then only sent me 2 boxes. You sent me the credit which I don't know how to use but the worst thing is that I paid the shipping costs and to order the 2 missing boxes I'm going to pay the costs again. This is not good, the drug is becoming very expensive.

Negative - My order was modified without consulting me and I had no opportunity to cancel or amend my order before the remaining part of my order was shipped. The shipping cost to Australia with DHL for the part order was the same as the shipping cost paid when I placed my my total order and is expensive, so I was very upset about not being consulted and given an opportunity to revise my order. Moreover, the reason given for part of my order being cancelled was that I had ordered pressurised cans - this was not correct; the items I ordered were pump action sprays and not aerosols; this shows bad classification of your products and no clear warnings for items you will refuse to ship.Positive - Otherwise I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast.
