After an order that had not been properly taken into account, once the error was corrected, I appreciated your gesture of offering me a product for this inconvenience, otherwise your site is very well done, you keep your customers informed and have been responsive, I will recommend you!

Response from Mon coin santé
Thank you for ordering from MonCoinSanté. Indeed we understand that you are disappointed with the services of the post office. We are considering an alternative to the Post Office and leaving the choice of carrier to our customers.\nWe thank you for your testimonial and remain at your disposal.\nBien cordialement,\nDenis Louvegnies

Perfect communication, fast shipping, careful packaging. However, I found the shipping costs a little high, especially in relation to the price of the product purchased, which makes it uncompetitive.

Serious site, shipment in conformity with the order and impeccable delay.\nFollowing a bad validation of my bank details (entirely my fault) my 1st order had been automatically cancelled but the problem was quickly solved by contacting the site by telephone (they answered me immediately and I only called once at the local rate, which is quite rare for an internet site and deserves to be underlined!)A possible improvement would be to send an e-mail alert to customers when their order is cancelled (I discovered this by chance when I was checking my account on the site to check the delivery date of my parcel).
