I placed an order that was supposed to arrive within 48 hours but I haven't received anything, and this isn't the first time. A new payment system is proposed, but no information is given on how it works, what the customer has to do...

Fast delivery and products in accordance with my order. It is unfortunate, however, that having ordered the Ysomega product in a 30-capsule pack without realizing it, when I was expecting 60 capsules, I ended up paying more than I expected. A little advice when examining my order would have given me complete satisfaction.

lack of information on the site. It was not specified that homeopathy tubes are not single-dose. As a result, I ordered too many tubes. Of course, you can't return them because they're medicines. What's more, they don't reply to e-mails...

Response from Mon coin santé
Thank you for your comment. However, it is not correct.\nWe sell either granule tubes or dose tubes and this is clearly indicated in the very name of the product. Furthermore, we replied to your ticket on 14/10 at 16:39. We remain at your disposal.

Your discount coupons don't work or are ridiculous, the loyalty points are non-existent or ridiculous. Never any small gifts like most of your competitors, even just one or 2 small samples, that's always a pleasure! ................

Response from Mon coin santé
Thank you for your comment. You're right, loyalty points are non-existent on medicines and homeopathy; it's French law. As for parapharmacy, our discounts of €5 or more are always appreciated by our customers. But perhaps you don't receive our offers? Sincerely,Denis from MonCoinSanté

fast delivery.\nproblem with the type of shipment: initial choice not respected. the shipment costs chosen at the outset were not respected and I paid the maximum costs. but not being able to correct I still continued with my order.\nthese are only tens of cents but the procedure should be reviewed.

Almost very satisfied overall with my order of homeopathic tubes. This may be due to me but some tubes were doses and I received classic tubes...I'll be more vigilant next time. But satisfied for the moment.Packaging very good, fast shipping.I recommend this type of purchase in Pharmacy which avoids coming back once or twice to your local pharmacy because of tight flow!

Delivery a little too long, otherwise the site is practical and simple.Perfect for restocking, but not for emergency treatment. I would recommend it to my friends.

Hello,I am satisfied with your service for this first order. I didn't give you 5 stars because I have 2 small regrets:I couldn't order the Fluodontyl toothpaste (out of stock)I couldn't order more than 8 bottles of Bioxtra mouthwash, so in the end the amount of my order was less than 50 €, and I had to pay the shipping costs. But I'm still satisfied.Sincerely.

The price isn't the same when you go to the pharmacy, and that's a cost. I have this treatment for life, and since it hasn't been reimbursed for years, it's a big budget.
