Negative - My order was modified without consulting me and I had no opportunity to cancel or amend my order before the remaining part of my order was shipped. The shipping cost to Australia with DHL for the part order was the same as the shipping cost paid when I placed my my total order and is expensive, so I was very upset about not being consulted and given an opportunity to revise my order. Moreover, the reason given for part of my order being cancelled was that I had ordered pressurised cans - this was not correct; the items I ordered were pump action sprays and not aerosols; this shows bad classification of your products and no clear warnings for items you will refuse to ship.Positive - Otherwise I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast.

Very good service but a bit expensive

Very good site, very good choices, the only complaint is the cost of delivery. Always very expensive, even if the order amount is high.

I'm satisfied with the product. However, to follow the progress of my order, I am not at all satisfied. Your web system doesn't work at all. All I get is a white screen when the order is placed. Once I asked for it by e-mail and you gave me a link. This time I didn't ask for it because I was waiting for my order to arrive quickly enough. Which was indeed the case. But you still need to improve your delivery tracking systems based on a link on my account.

All aspects good, except I was badly misled with respect to US customs. Instead of sending me lots of information which made no difference, the correct advice would have been to immediately ask DHL to return the package to sender--the only way to prevent seizure if one does not meet the many requirements for importation.

Delivery is fast. Items are well packaged.

I ordered infant milk for delivery to the USA and once I arrived in the country I was informed that delivery was forbidden in the USA. I would have liked your site to check which products are allowed to be delivered before offering them. I've had to pay for *** of deliveries for nothing.

I ordered from the USA and my order went back to the sender. DHL didn't deliver, "my health corner" couldn't provide me with an invoice in English. I don't know why it didn't work. I hope to get a refund.

I've been ordering regularly from China for the last 2 years, no worries, very satisfied with your service. One comment, last time we bought 6 cans of Gallia milk powder. But China has introduced a new rule: if the weight of the powdered milk exceeds 5kg, a doctor's prescription is required to justify the import of powdered milk. Customs clearance was complicated. It would be nice if a notice on the mon coin santé website warned us before purchasing.
