The order went well but the medicine boxes were not sufficiently protected in the parcel and the tablets were in crumbs and dust in the tubes on arrival. I sent an email about this but never received a reply.

1. Large selection of homeopathy at good prices. \n2. The site is inconvenient, badly designed, so the search takes a long time. If you type VAB instead of V.A.B.you get no results. If you delete 1 letter in the word you're looking for, the whole word is deleted! When you search with the alphabet, don't expect the search engine to give you the right letter. If you're looking for the letter C, you'll go through A and B. So the search engine needs a makeover.

You've completely disregarded our comments: poor stock management, missing products. I order almost every month for 1 amount ranging from 60 to over 90 euros. A small gift, like at the very beginning, would be welcome and wouldn't cost you much!

I received an item that didn't match my order. I immediately sent an e-mail to report it, and three days later I've had no response (even a message telling me that my request would be taken into account). What's more, it was very difficult to place the order, as the site "bugged" several times.

I'm not happy at all. On checking and rechecking the contents of the delivery, I realize that 2 homeopathic tubes are missing. I would like to add an important comment: you are a pharmacist who is authorized to provide a care sheet, so why don't you issue one for compression socks on presentation of a doctor's prescription? Other sites that are not pharmacies issue care sheets on presentation of a prescription. This part needs to be improved!

More than 1 week to send me the order, on the pretext of bank holidays! But the order was cashed the same day and immediately put into preparation. I have been debited but have received nothing.

For a first try, I was very unhappy, because with another supplier the product arrived in cold packaging, as recommended by the manufacturer, and not a simple plastic pouch. So you won't be seeing me again.

There's too much time between sending the order online and receiving the product.

Following the 1st order, I'm a bit disappointed by the dental glue container, it's difficult at the end of the tube to get the product out and so it's a waste...!

I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks
