Too many emails, in fact 5 for one product ordered. Even Amazon uses only 3

I had to contact local DHL service in order to receive my order, because instead of delivering it to my door, a courier decided to leave it in a locker box, but I did not receive the details of the locker address and the code to open it. That was a bit frustrating considering the delivery fee I paid. Overall, the experience with the e-shop and product itself are with no any complains.

It is stuck in Customs for some reason. I have ordered these same items before and had no problems or told I would need to do something else to order these products.

I have repeatedly sent inquiries to their customer service department with no response. The shipping costs twice as much as the product. I have requested that my multiple items be combined.

You sent me 5 of Biogaran Conseil – Magnesium/Vitamin B6 (48mg/5mg) Film-Coated Tablets – Pack of 50 , All Expires on 10 / 24 . no good at least one or 2 years expiration date for the product not 7 months . At least communicate the problem with the customer . If I new this short expiry date I would not have ordered , I can only finish 2 or three boxes all the rest in the in the trash waist of money . Not satisfied with the product at all. On the other hand the Ibufetum – Ibuprofen (5%) Gel for Twists and Sprains – 60g Tube is super prefect expiration date 06 / 26 Five stars .

The products delivered are those ordered, and the DHL service for customers living in the French overseas departments and territories is very much appreciated.

We contact you when a product is out of stock, and when the use-by date is short, to find out what you want instead, another product or a refund, and the staff are very friendly.

Delivery a little too slow

On your website it says 3 days is an estimate time to receive the product bought from you, but my products didn't even move from the 4th of January.\nI bought sneakers from Japan and they arrived before your parcel that is around 1k kilometer far from where i am from.\nThe problem i am travleing on 15th January, i don't need what i bought from you anymore if i cannot have it before that.\nVery bad experience and slow service, will never buy from you again, no thanks you

Buying from you had no problems, the only p tu o leme was the delivery, a very poor service, unfortunately. Delivery announced on a certain day at a certain time, nobody came!
