I placed an order N° ****** on your site on 12/12 to have products for the arrival of my vacations and to survive against mosquitoes!\nYou announced to me by Email :\nMode of delivery :La Poste - Free delivery charges - Colissimo against signature (48/72 h) \nSuper! Still no parcel! \nI call this incompetence.\nSo as soon as it arrives it will leave again and I ask you to reimburse me.

Thank you for your testimonial. The 48/72h delivery times are for metropolitan France only. In your case, you are shipping to Guadeloupe, so these delivery times are obviously not the same. We will of course reimburse you upon receipt of your return package.
