I am not getting you a bad review The package was supposed to be delivered December 23. But it came today December 29. I am not happy with FedEx. Much happier with DHL which you used before.

I have loved the service and ease of buying from Mon coin sante’ UNTIL my purchase in November 2025. I made my purchase and paid for DHL delivery as always. Two days later I receive an email from DHL that I have to pay over $100 USD for tariff or my shipment would be returned. I am aware that there are new tariffs in the USA, but a responsible seller would do one of two things before allowing a purchase, in my opinion. First, post a notice that there tariffs on all applicable products , or second, offer me (the customer) a refund if we don’t want to pay the tariff. Being blindsided after the purchase is unacceptable and ethically questionable. Totally passive aggressive behavior to salvage one extra sale is unconscionable.

very unhappy with the order. Before making the order, I sent an email and asked about the shipping but waited for days and there was no reply. Then, days after the shipment, received a notification from DHL Express that I needed to pay extra $21 of customs duty! In the end, I paid $61 in total and the product itself only cost $6. Unbelievable

The product arrived relatively fast, which was good. The bad thing is that you should have warned me about the extra shipping cost, which was a lot! Anyway, all in all, I may order from you again in the future.

The 2 boxes of Prostaphane I ordered were stuck together and the labels tore off when the boxes were separated.

The service of ‘Mon coin santé’ is perfect, but the transport with Chonopost (France) is very bad, in Spain they give the transport to SEUR which is one of the worst companies they could choose, a thermolabile product has taken more than a week to arrive.

I have not received my medicines for more than 6 weeks.I have paid even the delivery to UK. They said i declined and refused my medecines and therefore they returned them back to France. I have been in the house all the time and no one came to deliver the medicines

Turns out to be far more expensive than I found elsewhere. And, perhaps because I didn't look carefully enough, I received the 75ml versions when I'd been expecting the 125ml versions.

I bought 10 boxes of Macrogol 4000, and four of them were from Sandoz Laboratory. However, I didn’t know that product has orange flavor, as the website there is no this information. On the website the description is just: “Macrogol 4000 Sandoz, 10g, Box of 20 Sachets.” Any mention about orange flavor. My advice is let it clear on the website to avoid misunderstanding. I do not drink Macrogol with flavor. How can I return these 4 boxes from Sandoz? What is the return policy of Mon Coin Sante? I sent an email but no one answered.

When I placed my order, I was encouraged to exceed a certain threshold to avoid paying shipping costs. On the other hand, at the checkout, if you want to receive your package at home, you have to pay shipping costs. Why not indicate this beforehand? I don't think that's very honest. I don't think I'll ever order from Chez vous again, even though I was previously satisfied. Stop being too greedy, it's counterproductive.

The product delivered is not exactly as displayed and ordered: flavonoids instead of purified flavonoid fraction.

Items shipped only in part, but payment taken in full. The remainder of the items are awaiting shipment at a later date neither confirmed nor specified without giving the customer the choice to cancel these items and a refund of said items. This is bizarre as it is possible in other online pharmacies.

Delivery from another brand of a product *** less expensive than the one ordered and paid for. Today, I discovered that it was "sold out" on the website. The day after delivery, I had asked by e-mail for the procedure to follow for the return of the product delivered but not ordered. No reply other than a refund to my bank account of the difference between the two products! Not only was my request not processed correctly, but I had to do some research to find out why my account had been credited with *** euros... So I'll repeat my request: how can I return the replacement product and receive a full refund" for the "sold out" product.

Ordered online at the end of November, package shipped on December 4 and December 7, 2017 package still not received, I will no longer order from this site, very disappointed.

For my first order on this site placed on 18/09/2017 still not received to date 27/09/2017.No information (approximate date of shipment) provided for this one.Having other products to order I could have them attached to this one given the shipping time that would have saved me additional postage.Very disappointed by this first experience.

forgot a product!!!

An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). I had to contact them and prove my good faith with a photo, and they made no commercial gesture. I wasn't even offered an exchange, just a refund for half the large box. That's just not serious.

note: 2/5 because as far as I'm concerned, drugs are limited to 1 copy per order...

I've been waiting for a reply since Sunday about a refund for undelivered products. A handwritten note on the invoice informs me of this shortage and announces a refund, and in my e-mail I asked what the method of refund was.

I'm sorry that the amount to be paid is different from the amount charged. In fact, I was charged for the shipping costs that were advertised as free for orders over €50. This is all the more abnormal, I repeat, as the total amount to be paid did not include shipping costs.

For 30 years, pharmacies have been preparing my orders by Tel , before picking them up .... So, I haven't found any advantage. \nIn the building, the letter carriers have access to the B A L , and drop the orders in. That's what I wanted ..... I'm very disappointed!
