Customer reviews of Mon coin santé

very satisfied with your services

Difficulty collecting parcel from post office Notice of dispatch and arrival at post office different

completely satisfied with the products and the delivery time, the parcels are always impeccable.

good service. i got a hard-to-find drug.

Your site is very slow and doesn't load well. It's annoying and discouraging. Small cafeaux like echantilons like other signs would be welcome.

For my first order on this site placed on 18/09/2017 still not received to date 27/09/2017.No information (approximate date of shipment) provided for this one.Having other products to order I could have them attached to this one given the shipping time that would have saved me additional postage.Very disappointed by this first experience.

excellent in every way

Satisfactory

WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS; VERY INFORMATIVE, MAKING IT EASY TO CHOOSE AND REMINDING YOU OF THE PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE; VERY USEFUL FAST HOME DELIVERY;

I am sometimes obliged to telephone to finish my purchases but I am very satisfied with the contact with the person who answers me. For the remainder all is very well, delivery time, packing of the parcel, competitive prices all is perfect that that continues a long time, this service is also very int "ressant for the people who cannot move rt can obtain the parapharmacy with residence thank you.

Fast delivery. Products conform to the order. Completely satisfied with the service.

the service provided corresponds to our order, a serious supplier to be recommended.

Processing and shipping time far too long (48 hours to prepare an order and deliver it to the carrier).

Fine

articles are not always followed up

As ordered and on time

Delivery times too long

Good service, but shipping is a bit expensive!

fast service, always impeccable parcels, and small samples....c'est appréciable...

Very competitive prices and fast service. On the other hand, many products out of stock, but impeccable service to inform of out-of-stock condition or refund if necessary.

Well-organized site. Good communication. Fast delivery.

very good service

I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks

- fast order processing ++++\n- protection of purchases in packaging could be improved as a deodorant spray was 3/4 empty on delivery: the invoice and kraft paper were soaked by the deo

Drug noted as available and not available not up to date

- I was skeptical about ordering on the net !\n- the payment system scared me !!! (the risk of losing the parcel, and I was apprehensive about shipping all the products as I've already had this problem with other pharmacies! the packaging too, I was afraid!)\n- In the end, I was very satisfied, reasonable delivery times, correct packaging, correct prices, and nothing was missing, and no shipping costs for my order, with the addition of a few appreciated samples.

fast turnaround and competitive prices. on the negative side, a bit of an out-of-stock situation.

Postage too expensive, but the site is great

Fast delivery and conforms to my order.

Fast delivery. Just one item missing, notified by phone.

No more "relais colis" delivery, which is a shame because it's a good service.

good service, fast, well packaged.

Very satisfied

Package in good condition, fast delivery, articles respectedThank you.

Fairly fast service subject to product availability

The website for placing orders is not easy to use - it's impossible to set a quantity before the end of the purchasing process - but the delivery time is excellent.

Very satisfied
