One of the lowest prices for my brushes, but not all were available. The pharmacy called to inform me and find a solution, with a partial refund. They're serious.

Very good site for online sales of parapharmacy products at low margins. But you can't get everything like in a pharmacy, even though the owner is in the profession! So you have to resort to other sites! Competition still has a long way to go...\n

I'm sorry that the amount to be paid is different from the amount charged. In fact, I was charged for the shipping costs that were advertised as free for orders over €50. This is all the more abnormal, I repeat, as the total amount to be paid did not include shipping costs.

Thank you for your order and comment. Indeed, it's normal. Postage is free for orders of €50 or more for delivery to a relay point. Home delivery is free from €60. This is indicated on the product sheet for each item.\nBien cordialement,\nMarie\n

The website is sorely lacking in ease of navigation, especially the product search engine, which is neither clear nor easy to use. You really have to be motivated to look for your product. Otherwise, delivery is great.

It's a pity that for political reasons you stopped sending to Israel, the country where I live, once you sent me a parcel, the second time you refused, citing reasons that don't hold water. As for the people with whom I asked for advice, I can only thank them: trade and politics don't go together.

Response from Mon coin santé
Hello, \nYou are mistaken. We no longer ship to Israel, not for political reasons (??) but because of delivery reliability and customs problems. We've had to refund many customers who were unhappy not to receive their parcels, (which is normal not to be happy!) It's the same for other countries like Brazil where we no longer ship either.

Products conform to order, well wrapped, pharmacist's note reminding us of precautions to take with certain products.
