I really appreciate your pharmacy but every other time, there's a zealous customs employee who takes the pills and destroys them. Also the last delivery made by DHL, they left the delivery on the front gantry which is 2 meters from the sidewalk, they could have easily left the box between the doors.

You sent me the credit which I don't know how to use but the worst thing is that I paid the shipping costs and to order the 2 missing boxes I'm going to pay the costs again. Once I asked for it by e-mail and you gave me a link. This time I didn't ask for it because I was waiting for my order to arrive quickly enough. Which was indeed the case. But you still need to improve your delivery tracking systems based on a link on my account.

All aspects good, except I was badly misled with respect to US customs. Instead of sending me lots of information which made no difference, the correct advice would have been to immediately ask DHL to return the package to sender--the only way to prevent seizure if one does not meet the many requirements for importation.
