on the whole, the products were well received, but I have a problem with a product that didn't satisfy me at all. fixobridge, I've sent an email and am waiting for a reply. defective product? I don't know. \On the other hand, the product is more expensive overall than other competitors.

You've completely disregarded our comments: poor stock management, missing products. I order almost every month for 1 amount ranging from 60 to over 90 euros. A small gift, like at the very beginning, would be welcome and wouldn't cost you much!

I was surprised not to see the product name ARTHRODRAINOL on the bottles.

Many items that would interest me are missing. \nI'm still a very good and loyal customer (cf. My order history) but I'm very disappointed at Christmas time not to find a single little gift or note. I received an item that didn't match my order. I immediately sent an e-mail to report it, and three days later I've had no response (even a message telling me that my request would be taken into account). What's more, it was very difficult to place the order, as the site "bugged" several times.

I would like to add an important comment: you are a pharmacist who is authorized to provide a care sheet, so why don't you issue one for compression socks on presentation of a doctor's prescription? Other sites that are not pharmacies issue care sheets on presentation of a prescription. This part needs to be improved!

There's too much time between sending the order online and receiving the product.

Following the 1st order, I'm a bit disappointed by the dental glue container, it's difficult at the end of the tube to get the product out and so it's a waste...!

I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks

You know how to contact us to make offers, and I believe that notifying us of a delay in delivery is very simple.

A mistake was made concerning a homeopathic tube of Arum maculatum 5CH. The tube should have been green, but the one I received was white!
