I want to give credit where it’s due — my order got delayed and the tracking info was confusing (showed some strange location data), but when I reached out, Aurélie from customer support replied quickly and gave me the exact pickup location for my parcel. Delivery timing had some hiccups, but customer service was responsive and helpful throughout.

Since emails can be sent in english, I would suggest, sending emails in english with dosing instructions.

Always easy to order online and their turnaround on the order is usually very quick. I also appreciate that they ship internationally. My only complaint this time is they changed from DHL to Fed-Ex for delivery and DHL is better for international shipments.

The service is excellent apart from the excessive postage cost (£18 ) which doubled the price of my order.

Good service. Ordering straightforward. Prompt delivery, although the cost of that made the product quite expensive.

The farmacy has sent the goods asap, but the transport company...it took them a lifetime to deliver the goods.

Quick process and quality items. Be aware of custom cost of 20 percent not reflected in purchase price. Hit and miss communication since some emails not answered. Overall good

Your company seemed to be the only pharmacy which will ship to Australia. The postage is very expensive but the Thealose drops are superior for dry eyes to anything I may obtain in Australia. Mon coin sante shipped immediately and I received my order 4 days later without any problems.

Nice and easy- just a little bit annoying that I can only by one item at a time because it’s a hormonal creme- and I live in Denmark so I have to pay shipping every time

Efficienti nella consegna. Il prodotto ha un costo contenuto, peccato le spese di spedizione, costano più quelle che il prodotto.
