Mon coin santé consistently delivers fast and reliable delivery across multiple regions, with customers noting quick despatch, prompt arrival, and smooth, clockwork checkout experiences. The store’s product quality and range are highlighted by mentions of good or great products arriving quickly and being well packed, with customers often feeling satisfied and pleased to have found trusted, long-standing vendors. Customer service is repeatedly praised for responsiveness and helpfulness, including quick replies and precise delivery information that resolves issues efficiently. The overall experience is described as easy to use, convenient, and dependable, with many customers expressing repeated loyalty and willingness to order again.
Very good service, no ordering errors and satisfactory delivery time.\nHowever, the shipping costs are quite high and reduce the benefit compared to a visit to a local pharmacy.

I'm completely satisfied with the products I've bought, and I appreciate the wide choice on offer. The only drawback is the shipping costs.

serious site, quick and easy pick-up and delivery. However, when I received my last order, a bottle of deodorant was broken, bits of glass in the package, warning, danger. It's the first time this has happened but...

I'm quite satisfied with "Mon coin santé".\nI appreciate being able to pay for my purchases by cheque.\nI find the search a little laborious at times, particularly on the "caudalie" site where the home page comes back each time the page is changed.\nI regret that some products are only available in 1 copy (e.g.: Cicabio by Bioderma).\nBut overall I appreciate the site and continue to make my purchases there. I needed telephone advice about a problem with my password and I was very quickly and very well informed.

Second purchase already and still happy with the speed of delivery, the care taken with the package, the information given at every stage of the order.Too bad there isn't a wider variety of products and that some prices aren't as competitive as others (e.g. great price for Sandoz Minoxidil but high price for boreade cleansing cream).

I had some problems with your site but the person on the phone was very courteous and was able to help me out (not with the computer!). The problem is that I had to give my card number over the phone and I don't like that at all. If I had had the time I would have ordered by post.

Apart from the problem of validating the order on the website, I was very well looked after by the pharmacist on the phone who finalized the order for me. R.A.S. on delivery, fast and satisfied.
