I ordered 4 boxes of actron, you confirmed the order and then only sent me 2 boxes. You sent me the credit which I don't know how to use but the worst thing is that I paid the shipping costs and to order the 2 missing boxes I'm going to pay the costs again. But you still need to improve your delivery tracking systems based on a link on my account.

All aspects good, except I was badly misled with respect to US customs. Instead of sending me lots of information which made no difference, the correct advice would have been to immediately ask DHL to return the package to sender--the only way to prevent seizure if one does not meet the many requirements for importation.
