I had placed an order in March 2020, at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. I had received this order (in Great Britain) 6 days later!\nSurprisingly this order does not appear on my account, which is a pity. Would it be possible for you to add it please? My new order in May 2021 took much longer (12 days) and the shipping costs went up from *** euros to *** euros.I received an email with a question about the unavailable strain of Infuenzinum which I answered immediately.I'm happy with the products received, and to be able to have them delivered here in the UK, but I would have appreciated a service as exceptional as last year's.Bonne continuationSD

The items I ordered arrived in record time from France to the USA. However, the packaging and cardboard left much to be desired. The carton was damaged and 4 of the 10 toothpaste tubes were deformed. They should have been better protected. Thanks all the same.

Satisfactory overall, but why only two calcidoses (a product not included in the list of poisonous substances, list 1 and list 2). Free delivery if over ***€ is not taken into account at the start of the order. So there are two possible improvements: stock control and a slightly improved computer program.

my coinante is interesting from a product price point of view. What's more, the telephone contact in the event of a problem is reliable and dealt with immediately. \nFriendly welcome. The only regret is that the website stipulates free delivery for orders over *** euros. But on 02 occasions, with an order over *** euros, it was impossible to get free delivery. You have to buy for *** euros to get free delivery. I would like to see justice done! Thank you
