I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks

- I was skeptical about ordering on the net !\n- the payment system scared me !!! (the risk of losing the parcel, and I was apprehensive about shipping all the products as I've already had this problem with other pharmacies! the packaging too, I was afraid!)\n- In the end, I was very satisfied, reasonable delivery times, correct packaging, correct prices, and nothing was missing, and no shipping costs for my order, with the addition of a few appreciated samples.
