After a problem (the expiration date of the purchased product was quite close) I was contacted by a person in charge, and my purchase was fully refunded. Very good and delivered very quickly

I placed an order on 22.01.2014, it is now January 31 and to date I have no news of my order. I can only judge the delay since I have not received my package, and the delay is far too long especially since I have received no news by mail of my order. I went several times to my account to see the progress but the order was still being prepared!
