This was my first order and I have nothing to criticize. The service was fast and reliable.

Very good service, what's more an advisor called me back on a Friday evening at 6.45pm for delivery to a relay point, thank you and very professional of you.

Everything was perfect. After placing the order, the delivery times were respected. The site is very clear and the means of payment very easy. Not to mention the handwritten advice at the bottom of the delivery note, which I really appreciated.

Not much to say with only one order. However, there was one thing I didn't like, if you'll forgive me: when you visualize the product, it's not possible to find out what it does, how to take it, etc. There's only a general paragraph. Very good and delivered very quickly

I placed an order on 22.01.2014, it is now January 31 and to date I have no news of my order. I can only judge the delay since I have not received my package, and the delay is far too long especially since I have received no news by mail of my order. I went several times to my account to see the progress but the order was still being prepared!
