Serious site, shipment in conformity with the order and impeccable delay.\nFollowing a bad validation of my bank details (entirely my fault) my 1st order had been automatically cancelled but the problem was quickly solved by contacting the site by telephone (they answered me immediately and I only called once at the local rate, which is quite rare for an internet site and deserves to be underlined!)A possible improvement would be to send an e-mail alert to customers when their order is cancelled (I discovered this by chance when I was checking my account on the site to check the delivery date of my parcel).
