Speed of delivery

Very good postal tracking with fast shipping. Having said that, more details on how to choose the product would be appreciated, especially when you're new to a product like e-cigarettes. For example, on the use of refills and the number of cigarettes corresponding to the refill, i.e. 15 cigarettes for one refill. I haven't had the impression of having used that many cigarettes... The refills seem "short" to me. The battery is very good (especially having two) as they discharge very quickly. I think it's a very good stop-gap measure, but it's not enough for a heavy smoker to quit on its own (or with a lot of refills!).
