I have loved the service and ease of buying from Mon coin sante’ UNTIL my purchase in November 2025. I made my purchase and paid for DHL delivery as always. Two days later I receive an email from DHL that I have to pay over $100 USD for tariff or my shipment would be returned. I am aware that there are new tariffs in the USA, but a responsible seller would do one of two things before allowing a purchase, in my opinion. First, post a notice that there tariffs on all applicable products , or second, offer me (the customer) a refund if we don’t want to pay the tariff. Being blindsided after the purchase is unacceptable and ethically questionable. Totally passive aggressive behavior to salvage one extra sale is unconscionable.
I like the price but shipping fees are crazy. 160$ no way anymore

Very unhappy with the order. Before making the order, I sent an email and asked about the shipping but waited for days and there was no reply. Then, days after the shipment, received a notification from DHL Express that I needed to pay extra $21 of customs duty! In the end, I paid $61 in total and the product itself only cost $6. Unbelievable
