I have made repeated attempts to talk with customer service about their international shipping and the difficulties I'm having with DHL. No one has replied to me.

It is stuck in Customs for some reason. I have ordered these same items before and had no problems or told I would need to do something else to order these products.

I have repeatedly sent inquiries to their customer service department with no response. The shipping costs twice as much as the product. I have requested that my multiple items be combined.

You sent me 5 of Biogaran Conseil – Magnesium/Vitamin B6 (48mg/5mg) Film-Coated Tablets – Pack of 50 , All Expires on 10 / 24 . no good at least one or 2 years expiration date for the product not 7 months . At least communicate the problem with the customer . If I new this short expiry date I would not have ordered , I can only finish 2 or three boxes all the rest in the in the trash waist of money . Not satisfied with the product at all. On the other hand the Ibufetum – Ibuprofen (5%) Gel for Twists and Sprains – 60g Tube is super prefect expiration date 06 / 26 Five stars .

Die Lieferung wurde schnell angekündigt. Aber die Auslieferung konnte nicht ausgeführt werden, da angeblich die Adresse keine Hausnummer enthält. Ich sollte dann für die Nachlieferung *** überweisen. Wie sich herausstellte, war dies eine Finte. Man wollte nur an meine Kontodaten kommen. Als der Bote gemerkt hat, dass er nicht zum Ziel kam Wurde das Päckchen doch geliefert mit einer fadenscheinigen Entschuldigung. Denn die Adresse war korrekt und enthält auch die richtige Hausnummer. Ich frage mich nun, ob sie den richtigen Lieferanten gewählt haben in Klammern DHL?

Negative - My order was modified without consulting me and I had no opportunity to cancel or amend my order before the remaining part of my order was shipped. The shipping cost to Australia with DHL for the part order was the same as the shipping cost paid when I placed my my total order and is expensive, so I was very upset about not being consulted and given an opportunity to revise my order. Moreover, the reason given for part of my order being cancelled was that I had ordered pressurised cans - this was not correct; the items I ordered were pump action sprays and not aerosols; this shows bad classification of your products and no clear warnings for items you will refuse to ship.Positive - Otherwise I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast.

The order never arrived

I ordered infant milk for delivery to the USA and once I arrived in the country I was informed that delivery was forbidden in the USA. I would have liked your site to check which products are allowed to be delivered before offering them. I've had to pay for *** of deliveries for nothing.

I ordered from the USA and my order went back to the sender. DHL didn't deliver, "my health corner" couldn't provide me with an invoice in English. I don't know why it didn't work. I hope to get a refund.
