Many items that would interest me are missing. \nI'm still a very good and loyal customer (cf. My order history) but I'm very disappointed at Christmas time not to find a single little gift or note. Not even 1 mini pocket calendar like Mrs. *** used to have. \You won't be surprised if I go elsewhere soon.

I received an item that didn't match my order. I immediately sent an e-mail to report it, and three days later I've had no response (even a message telling me that my request would be taken into account). What's more, it was very difficult to place the order, as the site "bugged" several times.

The service is adequate. I would like to add an important comment: you are a pharmacist who is authorized to provide a care sheet, so why don't you issue one for compression socks on presentation of a doctor's prescription? Other sites that are not pharmacies issue care sheets on presentation of a prescription. This part needs to be improved!

There's too much time between sending the order online and receiving the product.

Following the 1st order, I'm a bit disappointed by the dental glue container, it's difficult at the end of the tube to get the product out and so it's a waste...!

I'm quite satisfied with the offer (despite being out of stock at times); very satisfied with the delivery: (content and speed) BUT A BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE WORKING AT THE TIME OF ORDERING: last time I had to try 3 times, this time 4! What's really distressing is that the problem occurs at checkout when we've already entered our credit card details. And when we want to contact you, the e-mail doesn't go through! And there's often a PROBLEM AT THE PRODUCT SEARCH TIME too: if your system is to be believed, you don't have any of the products we're looking for, and we have to scroll through numerous pages to discover that you do in fact have what we're looking for. IN BRIEF: the time it takes to search and the potential risks at checkout are likely to become prohibitive and may prompt people to look elsewhere.\nHappy to have finally been able to share my problems.\nThanks

disappointment in the sense that i placed an order on a friday morning, but it was only recorded on sunday. therefore, the shipment was delayed and outside the 48h timeframe promised... \net the tracking emails are not very systematic... i received the confirmation email after i had picked up the package... \nsinon, the products were as i had ordered and everything was in good condition.

You know how to contact us to make offers, and I believe that notifying us of a delay in delivery is very simple.

The website is sorely lacking in ease of navigation, especially the product search engine, which is neither clear nor easy to use. You really have to be motivated to look for your product. Otherwise, delivery is great.
