Postage too expensive, but the site is great

No more "relais colis" delivery, which is a shame because it's a good service.

Disappointment in the sense that i placed an order on a friday morning, but it was only recorded on sunday. therefore, the shipment was delayed and outside the 48h timeframe promised... \net the tracking emails are not very systematic... i received the confirmation email after i had picked up the package... \nsinon, the products were as i had ordered and everything was in good condition.

An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). I had to contact them and prove my good faith with a photo, and they made no commercial gesture. I wasn't even offered an exchange, just a refund for half the large box. That's just not serious.

I made a reply to their email indicating the problem and no call from them nor email reply.

I've been waiting for a reply since Sunday about a refund for undelivered products. A handwritten note on the invoice informs me of this shortage and announces a refund, and in my e-mail I asked what the method of refund was.

A mistake was made concerning a homeopathic tube of Arum maculatum 5CH. The tube should have been green, but the one I received was white!

I'm sorry that the amount to be paid is different from the amount charged. In fact, I was charged for the shipping costs that were advertised as free for orders over €50. This is all the more abnormal, I repeat, as the total amount to be paid did not include shipping costs.

The only problem was that my parcel was never deposited in my letterbox. I made a complaint and a very competent person was on the line. I have to receive my new parcel.
