Not easy to order.

An item marked in stock was in fact sold out, and there was another error in the preparation of the parcel (a small box for a large one paid for). I had to contact them and prove my good faith with a photo, and they made no commercial gesture. I wasn't even offered an exchange, just a refund for half the large box. That's just not serious.
I made a reply to their email indicating the problem and no call from them nor email reply.

I've been waiting for a reply since Sunday about a refund for undelivered products. A handwritten note on the invoice informs me of this shortage and announces a refund, and in my e-mail I asked what the method of refund was.
