I've been ordering regularly from China for the last 2 years, no worries, very satisfied with your service. One comment, last time we bought 6 cans of Gallia milk powder. But China has introduced a new rule: if the weight of the powdered milk exceeds 5kg, a doctor's prescription is required to justify the import of powdered milk. Customs clearance was complicated. It would be nice if a notice on the mon coin santé website warned us before purchasing.

I received my order a little earlier than expected. Everything was in order. I noticed a lot more paperwork than usual, but that must be due to the fact that we are no longer in the EU. I hope I can continue to buy from you as I have done for some time.

I had understood that this new measure stemmed from a regulation imposed by the EU, but when I placed another order over the phone, elsewhere in France, without needing to provide a code, I realized that these reinforced security measures are optional. As an elderly person living outside France, I was obliged to contact the French bank which had issued my card, but which was of no help to me. The only solution was to send a cheque (fortunately, I have a chequebook), which meant I had to travel to post it. And since customers with credit cards issued in non-EU countries are not subject to this constraint, how is the security of their card any better? I hope that the people in charge of Mon Coin Santé will take into consideration my remarks, which have only one positive aim, that of facilitating the transaction for all customers. \Otherwise, I'm extremely satisfied. Homeopathy too expensive. You raised the prices a lot at the beginning of the year, all at once. As a result, I'm ordering far less!

Order sent super fast, well packaged and error-free so far, despite the international delivery! The only downside would be the shipping costs, which are extremely high for the US.
