We contact you when a product is out of stock, and when the use-by date is short, to find out what you want instead, another product or a refund, and the staff are very friendly.

Kindness on the phone. Deadlines announced rexpectés. However, as Prostaphane's prices are higher than those of the original supplier, the addition of an ice pack would not be superfluous.
On your website it says 3 days is an estimate time to receive the product bought from you, but my products didn't even move from the 4th of January.\nI bought sneakers from Japan and they arrived before your parcel that is around 1k kilometer far from where i am from.\nThe problem i am travleing on 15th January, i don't need what i bought from you anymore if i cannot have it before that.\nVery bad experience and slow service, will never buy from you again, no thanks you
