I will no longer order from DocMorris because the notion of customer is totally non-existent. \The products arrived out of date; the customer has to prove it and send them back, 2 times. Too many manipulations for nothing. If I buy on the Internet, it's for peace of mind and to receive my order.

I ordered 4 boxes of actron, you confirmed the order and then only sent me 2 boxes. You sent me the credit which I don't know how to use but the worst thing is that I paid the shipping costs and to order the 2 missing boxes I'm going to pay the costs again. Negative - My order was modified without consulting me and I had no opportunity to cancel or amend my order before the remaining part of my order was shipped. The shipping cost to Australia with DHL for the part order was the same as the shipping cost paid when I placed my my total order and is expensive, so I was very upset about not being consulted and given an opportunity to revise my order. Moreover, the reason given for part of my order being cancelled was that I had ordered pressurised cans - this was not correct; the items I ordered were pump action sprays and not aerosols; this shows bad classification of your products and no clear warnings for items you will refuse to ship.Positive - Otherwise I found the website easy to use and the delivery was fast.
