I'm satisfied with the product. However, to follow the progress of my order, I am not at all satisfied. Your web system doesn't work at all. All I get is a white screen when the order is placed. Once I asked for it by e-mail and you gave me a link. This time I didn't ask for it because I was waiting for my order to arrive quickly enough. Which was indeed the case. But you still need to improve your delivery tracking systems based on a link on my account.

In 2014 I opened my online account with MonCoinSanté. I am a doctor practicing homeopathy in England. Some homeopathic medicines are difficult to obtain in the UK, particularly the low dilution sarcodes manufactured by Boiron. The MonCoinSanté pharmacists have been very helpful in obtaining and sending me these medicines, some of which are very unusual. My requests are met promptly and sent by the fastest courier service available. For ten years, I have received excellent service from the entire MonCoinSanté staff.

All aspects good, except I was badly misled with respect to US customs. Instead of sending me lots of information which made no difference, the correct advice would have been to immediately ask DHL to return the package to sender--the only way to prevent seizure if one does not meet the many requirements for importation.

The freight cost is a bit expensive- *** to Hungary, considering that I am ordering Sulfarlem and the quantity is limited to 12/order and these are not always available. If I enter my account at the beginning of my purchase, then I cannot purchase, website is not working properly. Not entering my account, I can finalise the purchase, and enter personal data at the end of purchase, however, then I am not sure if I am gathering the points.

The product effects some improvements in scabies symptoms. It seems to give the mites an impulse to unblock and leave. Only to go to another location on my skin, alas. This seems to be something that other scabicides have failed to achieve for me. Neither permethrin, nor benzoyl benzoate, nor ivermectin. I've been suffering for over a year from a scabies infection that the doctors don't know how to put an end to; they take refuge in allergic and sudden explanations, which for me hold no value because the destructive demangination of my skin persists.\nSo I'm continuing my attempts to pursue the cursed moth with your product.\nMy sole complaint is that your site doesn't work well in letting me see where my order is. An e-mail to you on February 20 nevertheless got a satisfactory reply. By the way: is there a more potent formulation of crotamiton? For example by 20%?
