The service is generally very good, the reason I only gave 4 stars is simple, one product was missing (paid for) when I picked up my order and two aerosols were not delivered because this is not possible in the us. the problem is that when I placed the order you hadn't given me the information. On the other hand, the responsiveness to our emails is excellent.
In a very short time I received a product that I couldn't get on the American continent. Everything went very smoothly, and the DHL shipment was very fast and perfectly documented. The product was in perfect condition on arrival.
