If you delete 1 letter in the word you're looking for, the whole word is deleted! When you search with the alphabet, don't expect the search engine to give you the right letter. If you're looking for the letter C, you'll go through A and B. So the search engine needs a makeover.

Delivery from another brand of a product *** less expensive than the one ordered and paid for. Today, I discovered that it was "sold out" on the website. The day after delivery, I had asked by e-mail for the procedure to follow for the return of the product delivered but not ordered. No reply other than a refund to my bank account of the difference between the two products! Not only was my request not processed correctly, but I had to do some research to find out why my account had been credited with *** euros... So I'll repeat my request: how can I return the replacement product and receive a full refund" for the "sold out" product.
