Excellent; quick and simple.\nOnly regret: the manufacturer of the product, (Echinacea mother tincture) has changed its formula. The product has become more syrupy and sweet, which it wasn't before (certainly inferior ethanol). This certainly has something to do with the fact that the product is now reimbursable by the French health insurance system, which it wasn't until early 2019.\nI can't stand sugar, so I regret the old formula, but it's really not your fault. \As far as your service is concerned: 10/10. And if you happen to know of a manufacturer who sticks to the formula formerly used by *** and then taken over by ***, until early 2019, please let me know!
