Everything could have been perfect if the Colissimo service had delivered as promised and "paid for". In fact, when they are unable to make the delivery, they declare that the "addressee is absent" (which is totally false!...), don't even put a notice in the box where the little parcel could have been deposited without any problem; it's only the "online tracking" that let me know that it had been handed in at the Post Office. The result: delay, annoyance and tiresome inconvenience...
