My package arrived after 12 days instead of 3

I placed an order because the website clearly stated a 1–3 business day delivery, which was essential for me. The order only arrived after more than 10 days, with no communication, no clear updates, and no response from customer support, despite contacting them twice to ask for explanations. Unfortunately, the product arrived too late to be of any use. My cat, for whom I urgently needed this treatment, passed away in the meantime. What makes this experience truly embarrassing and unacceptable is not only the delay, but the complete lack of assistance and transparency. If the real delivery times had been communicated honestly, I would have made a different choice. In the end, the product did arrive, but far beyond the promised timeframe, making the entire purchase pointless. Terrible experience. I will never purchase from this website again.

De la part de Mon Coin Santé, tout est parfait. En revanche, les envois vers l’Espagne se font via SEUR et c’est une catastrophe : les délais de livraison sont beaucoup trop longs. Ils devraient offrir la possibilité de choisir d’autres transporteurs (espagnols) afin de pouvoir éviter SEUR

A box was missing, I ordered 8 and 7 arrived, I sent an email with a photo of the delivered product and have not received a reply.

Delivery time 10 days. With DHL... maximum 48 hours. I gave one star because I can't give less...

I am not getting you a bad review The package was supposed to be delivered December 23. But it came today December 29. I am not happy with FedEx. Much happier with DHL which you used before.

My order was from the UK. It did not arrive. It returned to sender and I have not received a refund.

I did not receive my order. Tracking showed it was delivered. I asked for proof of delivery and did not receive a reply.

Never received the item and it was returned to the sender. We did get a refund after several emails but no explanation of why this had happened.

I have loved the service and ease of buying from Mon coin sante’ UNTIL my purchase in November 2025. I made my purchase and paid for DHL delivery as always. Two days later I receive an email from DHL that I have to pay over $100 USD for tariff or my shipment would be returned. I am aware that there are new tariffs in the USA, but a responsible seller would do one of two things before allowing a purchase, in my opinion. First, post a notice that there tariffs on all applicable products , or second, offer me (the customer) a refund if we don’t want to pay the tariff. Being blindsided after the purchase is unacceptable and ethically questionable. Totally passive aggressive behavior to salvage one extra sale is unconscionable.

very unhappy with the order. Before making the order, I sent an email and asked about the shipping but waited for days and there was no reply. Then, days after the shipment, received a notification from DHL Express that I needed to pay extra $21 of customs duty! In the end, I paid $61 in total and the product itself only cost $6. Unbelievable

When placing my order I was very careful to check that the import duties were included so I wouldn’t have any bad surprises. It clearly stated that they were included which made sense since the shipping costs doubled since before summer. I paid over 33% of shipping costs when before they were much lower. Nonetheless a few days after the order was shipped I received a notification from dhl letting me know that I had to pay over 30% in import duties for my package to be released. I automatically reached out to the pharmacy and they said that yes since August 29th the customer had to pay import duties (which was NOT stipulated on the order form) and that if I didn’t my package would be considered lost and I would not be refunded or anything. Plus they didn’t take on any responsibility, actually they couldn’t have cared less! I ended up paying the fees and still my package was not released automatically! I had to reach out again to dhl who informed me I had to reach out again to the pharmacy….. so after all this back and forth and many days I finally received my very expensive package.

I did receive my products very quickly, BUT, I was never told about the additional $25.00 I had to pay DHL for duty, before they would deliver the product! I will not be buying again from this company!! Beware!!

The product arrived relatively fast, which was good. The bad thing is that you should have warned me about the extra shipping cost, which was a lot! Anyway, all in all, I may order from you again in the future.

La facture n'indique aucunement des taxes ou tarifs, et pendant toute la procedure de passer commande il n'y a aucune indication de taxes ou tarifs a payer, or DHL voulait que je pair des tarifs d'importations de $20, ce que je refusais. On m'a informee que mon colis sera reexpedie a votre pharmacie.

This was a terrible shopping experience because the most important and most vitally needed product that I ordered, 4 items of Actisoufre Nasal Spray, which was clearly shown as available, was not delivered without any explanation. Instead, I ended up paying 36,78€ for two packages of Honey Sore Throat Lozenge which each cost 4,50€ + 27,78€ for shipping. I would never have ordered this secondary product if I was told at the time of placing my order that the Actisoufre Nasal Spray was not available, although every pharmacy which I visited in Avignon had shelves filled with this item. Mon coin santé did not even answer my email requesting an explanation. This is your classic "bait & switch" from a very unreliable seller whom I recommend that you boycott and avoid this pharmacy for poor communications, being so unreliable, and for acting in bad faith.

I did not receive my purchase

Item not delivered since weeks and so far no refund

Due to mislabeling, the package was not delivered / lost, and I cannot get a refund until they receive it back, which may never happen. Customer service replies after at least 3 messages, and the answers are parroting and not helpful at all.

The service of ‘Mon coin santé’ is perfect, but the transport with Chonopost (France) is very bad, in Spain they give the transport to SEUR which is one of the worst companies they could choose, a thermolabile product has taken more than a week to arrive.
