As Salam Aleykoum wa Ramatullah wa Barakatuh Hello, I ordered khouff (leather socks) on this site with the mention 'random brand' and a photo of the product was displayed. I received khouff that do not correspond to the photo, well we are used to that but it specifically mentioned random brand and not random model!!! And on top of that, there is a logo of a brand like 'bazaretc...com' prominently on the ankle and very visible! Moreover, I bought for 12.90, they arrive and one of the two packages of khouff has a label of 9.90???!!! To top it all off, the return shipping costs are at your expense and it seems to me that the shipping costs of the first shipment are deducted from the initial refund to discourage returns I suppose, anyway... Honestly, it's borderline scam in my opinion.

I'm sorry, but the quality is very bad, it was full of loose threads and lint's. It didn't feel of high quality. I even tried to get in contact to return the item but I didn't get an answer. Very sad

No packages received although it should have arrived 3 days ago

I ordered 3 qamis: 2 arrived stained (ink stains and others). And one received ok. I returned the 2 stained qamis the day after receipt for a refund. It has now been over a month and I have received nothing. So thief to avoid, dishonest.
