A bit disappointed not to have received the bottles in their original packaging. It's not great for storage and even less for gifting. I am surprised, especially from connoisseurs.

Response from Mon Whisky
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order and for your feedback.

We would like to clarify a few points: not all spirits come with original packaging, and the two bottles you ordered are indeed part of that.
On our site, the photos of these references are presented without a case, and the mention "Without packaging" is clearly indicated in the "Product Details" section.

We apologize if this has caused any confusion and remain at your disposal for any questions or further information.

Best regards,
Clémentine from Mon Whisky

Very well packaged bottle, with bubble wrap around the bottle packaging, all in a fairly thick and well-taped cardboard box. The tasting has not yet taken place

Nothing to complain about: order as expected, promotion on a peated whisky that saved me €10 compared to its competitors. Careful packaging. No unpleasant surprises with the delivery. In short, very satisfied.
