I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but the Chronopost delivery service was catastrophic! A lost parcel, Mon whisky.fr reacted very quickly by sending back a parcel the same day (well done to them!), but Chronopost took 4 days longer for a parcel supposedly delivered in 24h and we had to call the deliveryman to be delivered correctly (2 notices in the letterbox when the person was actually there!).

I have no complaints about the speed of delivery or the products themselves. However, the packaging of my last order left a lot to be desired. The two bottles were poorly protected individually (I almost broke one of them because it fell out from underneath the box), and the two boxes were placed in the delivery parcel without any padding..... I gave a bottle of Nikka Pure Malt Black whisky to my uncle for Christmas and he really appreciated it. The delivery was fast, the parcel was intact but inside, the box that contained the bottle was torn and dented in a way that could not be related to transport. A pity.

I placed an order to have it delivered to a relay point and collected by my brother in Clermont (birthday). Result: apparently they didn't manage to have it delivered to a relay point, and sent it back to the 87, all without telling my brother or me anything about it! I'm trying to get it sent by post to Clermont, or to get my money back, but I don't hold out much hope.

Hello,The packaging, the service was correct, the product was compliant, but the shipping was an unacceptable error! When you request a billing address and a delivery address, the least you can do is be consistent! I asked for a delivery to "another address" and another "name" than mine, as a result, the package was delivered to the right address but to my name ........... total confusion with the sender, the post office, I almost ended up with a complaint on my back ... In the end it is better but not thanks to Monwhisky.fr. I do not think it is a bad box (Monwhisky.fr), but in the future be careful in your shipments!
