I ordered 2 bottles of whisky, one of which was out of stock. I was contacted by phone to let me know and I was promptly reimbursed for the undelivered bottle and of course the other bottle was delivered to me.

A delivery glitch that was rectified by Christelle, to whom I say bravo for her welcome and responsiveness, I was delivered on time. Well-packaged parcel and undamaged bottle case. Quite a good choice and correct price overall. I recommend them.

I've been a customer for many years and I'm completely satisfied with the service. I received a 15 year old instead of a 12 year old because at the time of my order, the 12 year old was marked in stock on the website but it hadn't been updated, it was sold out! Hence this commercial gesture. Well done!
