I didn't receive my delivery.

Everything is OK, maybe a little long delivery time...

A delivery glitch that was rectified by Christelle, to whom I say bravo for her welcome and responsiveness, I was delivered on time. Well-packaged parcel and undamaged bottle case. Quite a good choice and correct price overall. I recommend them.

Small problem to order with gift cardproblem of payment

Ho acquistato dall'Italia, ho pagato la spedizione più costosa che prometteva l'arrivo del bene in 24 ore, ma a distanza di 4 giorni ancora non sappiamo dov'è il bene acquistato. Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha risposto laconicamente: 'abbiamo spedito il bene il giorno dopo l'acquisto'... ed è finita lì. Sono ancora in attesa.Ho modificato il giudizio dopo il giudizio espresso su trustpilot (aumentate le stelle), perché il venditore ha rimborsato il costo della spedizione, visto che questa non è arrivata nei tempi previsti (ma è comunque arrivata).

nothing to say about the prices and delivery times, the only problem I encountered was with the payment, I didn't manage to validate it on the day of subscription, I spent a long time going round and round for a request to accept the general terms and conditions without a box to tick (the highlighted link in the middle of the text sent me to the general terms and conditions without any possibility of acceptance). I managed to validate the next day, but it didn't work on the 1st try, the little acceptance box appeared after several attempts, and I was able to fill in the card references and complete the order. I saw on the internet that other people had had the same problem.

This experience was very positive, first of all the products were in order, shipping was fast and well protected...I recommend this site for the choice of delivery which is 1 plus.

I ordered a box. The box was well packed. Unfortunately a bottle broke. I can not offer the box because it is torn. A bit disappointed.

A bottle was missing from the parcel. After calling, I was able to pick it up 48 hours later.

Damaged cardboard packaging

What's the point of choosing a collection point, when in the end you drop the parcel off at the collection point of your choice? The one I chose is open on Sundays, not yours. Pick-up is now complicated.

Plenty of choice. Some exceptional whiskies and very good logistics once the order is placed. However, I have noticed some frustrating out-of-stock situations.

Very satisfied with the bottle. Only slight downside: the box was separate.

Fast delivery. Small problem I received the bottle without its box it was for a gift. They offered to send it to me separately but it was late in the dates to receive it before giving it as a gift. I was offered a discount voucher but never got it.

When I received my package, 1 of the 2 glasses inside was broken.

I order a whisky and receive another version (not as good and not as expensive). So I send an email. Quick and polite reply. I have to send back the bottle I received by mistake and I get my money back. I also get 10% off my next order.... When you're out of stock, you don't send customers anything else. It's a mistake. I can't go anywhere. So I'm forced to keep the unwanted bottle. And to manage to find the right version elsewhere. I'm very disappointed.
