Hello,The packaging, the service was correct, the product was compliant, but the shipping was an unacceptable error! When you request a billing address and a delivery address, the least you can do is be consistent! I asked for a delivery to "another address" and another "name" than mine, as a result, the package was delivered to the right address but to my name ........... total confusion with the sender, the post office, I almost ended up with a complaint on my back ... In the end it is better but not thanks to Monwhisky.fr. I do not think it is a bad box (Monwhisky.fr), but in the future be careful in your shipments!

Hello, thank you for your comment but we don't understand it. We delivered to a different address but also to a different name than the billing address as requested on the order. As our shipping labels are automated, there is no possible confusion and, after checking with the Post Office, we have sent your parcel to the name and address requested.
