I placed an order to have it delivered to a relay point and collected by my brother in Clermont (birthday). Result: apparently they didn't manage to have it delivered to a relay point, and sent it back to the 87, all without telling my brother or me anything about it! I'm trying to get it sent by post to Clermont, or to get my money back, but I don't hold out much hope.

Hello, we are sorry about this incident during the delivery of your order. The relay point refused the parcel presented by La Poste and it was returned to us. However, we don't understand your criticism of the after-sales service. You posted your review before contacting us to report the problem. You'll agree that it's difficult to find a solution when you don't know about it... Once we had received your e-mail, we dealt with the dispute the same day and reshipped a new parcel containing your order. Once again, we're sorry about this incident and understand your note. Islay barley ordered for Christmas and received well in time, well packaged and reasonably priced for a Bruichladdich, but no way of getting a means of transport that doesn't add 10% to the price...a later opinion on the whisky itself after the holidays!
