Top experience, whisky order, error on the site, the whisky was in fact no longer in stock, the service warned me that there would be a delay and cleared me of my shipping costs! Very nice, very commercial and very professional! I recommend you and I would buy whisky from you again!

What's the point of choosing a collection point, when in the end you drop the parcel off at the collection point of your choice? The one I chose is open on Sundays, not yours. Pick-up is now complicated.
